Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to patients in collaboration with physicians in the practice, following established standards and practices. Scope of responsibility includes clinical practice, education, consultation, research and program coordination. The Nurse Practitioner is accountable to and report administratively to the Clinic Director. The Nurse Practitioner is expected to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. This position works closely with other medical practice staff and participates in vacation and illness coverage.
Education/Training

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.

License/Certified: Maintain current Nurse Practitioner License for Massachusetts.

At least three years of professional nursing experience in a primary care group practice/community health center setting required.
