Mission Based Programs

Structured Outpatient Addictions Program

Structured Outpatient Addictions Programs (SOAPs): our SOAP is a clinically intensive, structured evening substance abuse services. It is typically utilized as a transition service in the continuum of care for those individuals being discharged from substance abuse or mental health inpatient levels of care, or can be utilized by individuals who need outpatient services, but who also need more structured treatment for substance abuse.

SOAP provides multidisciplinary treatment to address the sub-acute needs of clients  with addiction and/or co-occurring disorders, while allowing them to maintain participation in the community, to continue to work or attend school, and to be part of family life.  SOAP is provided over a consecutive period, with continued length of stay based on medical necessity criteria. Providing a structured program for addictions treatment in the community allows individuals to maintain sobriety in the context of their existing support systems at home and in the community so as not to further disrupt their work and family life
