ROXBURY and DORCHESTER, MA, ISSUED APRIL 15, 2022…Media representatives are invited to attend Whittier Street Health Center’s 24th Annual Roast to Toast Fundraiser, an event supporting health and social services for Boston’s most vulnerable residents, on Tuesday, April 19, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel (50 Park Plaza, Boston).

The in-person event (the first time since the pandemic began two years ago) will also honor Eversource Energy President and CEO Joseph R. Nolan, Jr.  WCVB Channel 5 “CityLine” host and executive producer Karen Holmes Ward will emcee the event, which will also feature live entertainment by the Dave Macklin Band.

Whittier’s 2022 Toast to Joseph Nolan, Jr. will continue the health center’s long tradition of shining a light on Boston’s standout business leaders and philanthropists, while raising over $1 million to provide high-quality medical care and social services to patients regardless of their ability to pay.
