About WBL and the WBL Network

WBL is the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation; a 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to meeting the unfulfilled needs of senior executive women and women board members. The mission of WBL is: to connect and convene senior executive women from across the health care industry to create meaningful cross-sector relationships, expand their leadership, and harness their collective power to improve the industry.  WBL’s network includes Manufacturers (drug, device, biotech), Payors, Providers, and key Service Providers. We bring together a peer group of women leaders for conversations that cross silos to create solutions that have a true impact.
